Route description

The south section runs north from U.S. Route 52 west of Metamora through the town of Laurel to Connersville, a distance of 15.31 miles (24.64 km).

The north section runs east from Richmond to the Ohio state line where it meets Ohio State Route 121, a distance of 4.21 miles (6.78 km).
